FORGO was created to help young women tackle their spending. The app was supposed to learn your habits and prompt you to save more regularly. For example, passing your usual coffee shop you might receive a push notification that says “FORGO that coffee and put that $4.78 towards your vacation savings”. The aim was to make saving less intimidating and easier to do impulsively.

I was brought on to do UX creation and style rebranding. I delivered the following:

-A new logo along with brand guidelines

-Full UX and app redesign in Figma

-Consulting on best practices that resulted in an adjustment of app concept

With my consulting, we took an app that had an overly complicated interface (about six to 10 different screens) and simplified it down to three main functions.
